What the AI visibility checker measures

The checker shows whether AI models mention your brand or app when buyers ask commercial questions in your category. It builds up to 3 buyer prompts from your category, country and language, runs them through the OpenAI and Google Gemini APIs, and compares the answers with the competitors you list.

  • AI mentions: the share of sampled answers that name your brand, and the models where it was found.
  • Competitor coverage: which of the competitors you list (up to 3) appear in the same answers.
  • Site and store readiness: the state of the App Store, Google Play and website pages that could be inspected.
  • Next actions: what to fix first based on the sample.

How it works

Pick a mode: mobile app (App Store and Google Play links) or website. Add your category, country, language and up to 3 known competitors — for an app, the brand name is optional and can be taken from the store listing.

The result appears on this page as soon as the run finishes. Save it to unlock the raw answers and every citation, turn it into a project and track how visibility changes over time.

Frequently asked questions

How is the app check different from the website check?

Mobile mode also inspects your App Store and Google Play listings and can infer the brand and category from them. Website mode checks site readiness instead. The AI prompts and competitor comparison work the same way in both modes.

Which AI models does the free tool check?

The free check runs up to 3 buyer prompts through the OpenAI and Google Gemini APIs. Scheduled tracking and more answer engines, including Perplexity and Claude, are available in a VStok project.

Do I need an account?

No. You can run the check without an account. An email or free account is only needed to save the result and unlock raw answers, all citations and trend tracking.

How reliable is a single check?

It is a small sample, not a final verdict: AI answers vary with wording, model, country and time. Every result states the evidence channel, how many samples succeeded or failed and when the run finished; use repeated measurements before making decisions.
