Data Processing Agreement

FLOWPIX LIMITED("we", "us") offers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for customers who need contractual terms covering personal data processed when using VStok as a processor on their behalf (for example, Agency and Enterprise accounts that store project, prompt, and audit data for their organization).

This page summarizes how to request a DPA. It is not itself a signed agreement. The executed DPA (or our standard DPA template once countersigned) governs processing terms.

Email legal@novol.dev with:

• Your company legal name and registered address
• Primary contact name and email
• VStok account email (if you already have one)
• Any customer-specific security or transfer requirements

We typically respond within five business days with our standard DPA or next steps for review.
