Plans, limits, and billing

Understand VStok plan tiers, usage counters, upgrade paths, and how billing works for international and Russian customers.

Plan tiers at a glance

VStok offers four plans: Free, Starter, Growth, and Agency. Free includes 1 project, 10 prompts, 50 AI checks per month, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, 1 site audit, 1 app listing audit, and 1 report. Starter includes 25 prompts, 300 checks, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, weekly audits, Slack and Telegram, and 10 reports.

Growth includes 3 projects, 100 prompts, 1500 checks, daily or weekly schedules, webhooks, Google Search Console, 20 site audits, 50 reports, and 3 seats. Agency includes 10 projects, 500 prompts, 5000 checks, ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Google Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Grok, Meta AI (Llama + web), DeepSeek, API keys, white-label exports, and 20 seats.

Usage counters that matter

AI checks are the primary consumption meter: each prompt × model sample counts as one check. Standard uses one sample; Repeated uses three and shows the estimated check total before launch. Prompt slots limit active queries; inactive prompts do not run but still occupy slots until deleted.

Site audits and app listing audits have separate monthly caps per plan. Reports count per generation, not per view. Team seats control how many users you can invite with owner, editor, or viewer roles. Viewers can read dashboards and reports but cannot start audits. Check usage on Settings → Billing; counters reset on your billing cycle date for paid plans. Usage bars turn amber as you approach eighty percent of any limit.

Upgrading and downgrading

Upgrade anytime from Billing → Change plan. Stripe handles international card payments; YooKassa is available for Russian-market billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. You gain higher limits and models on the next audit run — no migration steps required. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period to avoid cutting active work mid-cycle.

If you exceed a limit mid-cycle on a paid plan, VStok blocks new audits until the next reset or you upgrade. Free plan users see upgrade prompts when hitting prompt or check ceilings. Annual billing reduces per-month cost on Starter, Growth, and Agency; switch interval from the pricing page before checkout. Pausing a subscription keeps read-only access until the period ends, then limits revert to Free.

Seats, roles, and invoices

Invite teammates from Project → Members or workspace settings. Owners manage billing and branding; editors run audits and edit prompts; viewers consume reports only. Agency plans often use viewer seats for clients monitoring deliverables. Remove inactive users to free seats before adding new ones.

Download invoices from Billing history. Update tax IDs and company name before checkout for correct receipts. For procurement, Agency white-label and API access satisfy most security reviews; contact sales for custom contracts. Remember that plan limits are per workspace — multiple brands on Agency still share the pooled project and check quotas unless you purchase additional workspaces.
